Training Times

All training sessions take place at the Julie Rose Stadium Ashford.

Tuesday 5.45-7pm—for ages 11-14 competing u13/u15.

A comprehensive training session covering a wide variety of disciplines to give a good grounding to allow athletes the chance to experience as much as possible before progressing to the later groups.

Tuesday 6.30-8pm for ages 11+Competing u15, u17, u20,senior, masters.

This session is much more event specific training for a variety of track and field events as well as cross country training.

Thursday 5.45-7pm --for ages 11-14 competeing u13/u15.

A comprehensive training session covering a wide variety of disciplines to give a good  grounding to allow athletes the chance to experience as much as possible before progressing to the later groups.

Thursday 6.30-8.00pm for ages 11+ Masters!

Again this session is more event specific. The same as the 6.30-8pm session on a Tuesday.

Race Walking Training – There is a monthly beginners session on the 2nd Tuesday of every month and an improvers session on the 1st Thursday of every month.  These sessions are being organised by AAC’s coach Chris Hobbs.  See the Diary for more information on where to meet.
